Originally, the building was used for lite manufacturing. Then used by several high end restaurants In more recent years. Both lights come with mounting bracket. Unsure of exact age...probably 1960 - 1980's era. These most likely come from the
Beverly Hills Country Club in California (but, not 100% sure and not guaranteed).
This sign is old and authentic. It is NOT a reproduction piece! Indoor or outdoor use.
Looks awesome hanging or mounted.
