From one of New Rochelle’s oldest manufacturing building. These hanging sconces illuminated the entrance of 115 Cedar Street for over 120 years. Originally, the building was used for lite manufacturing. Then used by several high end restaurants In more recent years. Both lights come with mounting bracket. Condition: paint flaking and loss to both. Minor repair to one bracket. Excellent working condition. Casted Aluminum.

DESCRIPTION: Two Signs for one price! 1 large and 1 small. Both are hand carved, hard wood. Great graphics!
Unsure of exact age...probably 1960 - 1980's era. These most likely come from the
Beverly Hills Country Club in California (but, not 100% sure and not guaranteed).
This sign is old and authentic. It is NOT a reproduction piece! Indoor or outdoor use.
Looks awesome hanging or mounted.

What a beautiful bronze! This is an Estate piece. Solid, heavy, loads of detail.
Golden Labrador Retriever / Golden Lab in playful pose. If you love the breed, you will
most definitely appreciate the quality of this handsome statue. Handsome piece, will look great
on any favorite desktop! There is a separation in the oak base were the two pieces join together (see pics).
This does not detract from the overall beauty and certainly not something that would bother me.
It is, however, an easy fix with tiny bit of wood glue.
